Officer Jonathan Wood is on duty in Bermuda. Originally from Derbyshire, the constable nicknamed Woody reveals that he used to work for a bank before he joined the police after seeing an advert for a firearms officer. He's on patrol with constable Sasha Franks, responding to reports of a robbery at a shop. On arrival, they encounter the suspect, and matters risk escalating further when the angry shop owner arrives at the scene. Officer Wood successfully manages to ease tensions and eventually arrests the suspect. On patrol, constables Shandora Burrows and Bryden Pedro play good Samaritans to a civilian in need of help with a flat tyre. Meanwhile, officer Milton Joshua Hill is on motorbike patrol policing the island's roads. He's seen busily issuing penalty fines to several unlicensed and uninsured vehicles, until his patrolling blitz is brought to an abrupt end when he runs out of tickets. Tourism is vital to Bermuda, being responsible for the creation of close to 3,000 jobs on the island, so keeping holidaymakers safe is a vital for commissioner of police, Darrin Simons. He reveals that summer is the busiest time of year from a policing perspective, providing reassurance to tourists in particular by showing a presence on the beach.
