After his mum lost her battle with cancer, clearing out his childhood home became too daunting a task for Andy. Five years on, with the house largely untouched, he and his wife Funmi are finally ready to start a new chapter - turning it into a home for themselves and their young son Felix. But before they can move forward, Andy must face the emotional challenge he's avoided for half a decade: sorting through his mum's belongings and the memories they hold. Auctioneer JB and restoration expert Lauren are on hand to help. With just one day to work through the house, they set out to catalogue valuable finds for auction and uncover pieces that can be restored. The proceeds will go towards transforming the overgrown garden where Andy once played as a child into a space in which Felix can make his own memories. JB has his work cut out for him, but he dives in with enthusiasm, unearthing vintage fishing rods, which could lure in the bidders, and rare 19th-century pocket maps that might fetch a handsome sum. However, the real showstopper is a stunning collection of heirloom jewellery passed down from Andy's grandmother. Meanwhile, restoration whizz Lauren works her magic, rescuing a damaged chair, reviving an oak strongbox and giving new life to a Moroccan pouffe. With an impressive haul ready for auction, the only question remains is whether Andy is finally ready to let go of his parents' belongings and embrace the future?
